You need to be in and out of the Pilates studio quickly? Why not try, during your lunch break, the Xpress classes that delivers all the benefits in a 45 minute session. Enjoy the same classical Pilates exercises performed at a slightly faster pace to give you core strengthening, abs-flattening and legs shaping. The class will allow you to continue your day with more energy; and you will feel stress less and breathe better.

Pilates Mat (45 min or 55 min.)

A dynamic, total body workout. An hour just for you because you deserve to take care of yourself! Featuring classical Pilates exercises, with or without small equipment such as the Magic circle, the Roller, the Stretch band, the Swiss ball or the Soft ball. A great solution to feel balanced and energized when you leave.

BootyBarre class (55 min.)

The BootyBarre is a complete and stimulating physical training session, where power and grace are combined. In a mood of “glamour”, you will sweat to the music!The class begins with a reinvigorating warm-up followed by targeted work toward your arms and shoulders. Then you will go to the ballet barre to sculpt your booty and legs and improve your posture. This amazing workout ends with Pilates Mat exercises to tone the deep muscles, the abdominals to finally conclude with a well-deserved stretch.

Flexi Pass (45 min or 55 min.)

A perfect combination of the Pilates Mat training, the BootyBarre and the use of Pilates apparatus such as Reformer, Cadillac or Spine corrector, for a more focused work of one or more parts of the body. The variety brought to this class guarantees intensive workout.

Pilates with Apparatus (45 or 55 min.)

Featuring Pilates apparatus such as Reformer, Cadillac and Spine corrector, your training will be even stronger, more toned and sensations increased tenfold.You will leave the studio with the feeling of a loosened and lengthened body; more balanced and your energy will be boosted!

Private session, Personal Training and Coaching

Hundred Studio offers private one-on-one sessions. Private instruction gives you the opportunity to work with the instructor on building the perfect fitness regimen for your individual needs.

Who I am: As teenager, I learned discipline as Gymnast Swiss National Team member, then from 1999 to 2007 I was International Ballroom teacher. Choreographer for mambo and salsa shows, with participation to international dance competitions.Then from 2006, I discovered Pilates It combines Discipline. Passion of movement and additionally it brings the Precision of the movement.
Working at Swissbody centres Geneva, I obtained the Full Pilates certification as Pilates Teacher, and I completed my education in 2016 with the Pilates Master Mentorship Program of Lolita San Miguel, to be certified Pilates Master Second Generation.
